Basis and purpose of data processing
We collect your general contact details such as your name and address in order to deliver the product and/or services you have purchased from us. We collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as any tickets / annual cards and gift cards.
The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for the purpose of settling payments and fulfilling the agreement entered into. Upon completion of payments, some of your data will be passed on to PensoPay & AltaPay, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If during the registration process or via our website you have given us your consent to do so, we will use your e-mail address to send out a newsletter. You can sign up for and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If our processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us via our website.
Your information (except your email address if you have given consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted five years after you have received your item or service.

We do not sell your personal data on to third parties and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
Our website is operated by Google and our payment system through PensoPay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data provided by you via our website will be stored in Google’s data centres.
We use external companies as suppliers to deliver our services in the best possible way. These external suppliers act as data processors and will in certain cases process personal data in connection with their provision of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with the legal requirements for data processors.
We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
Your rights
As the registered person, you have a number of rights with which we must comply at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
- To access your personal data and have it corrected/changed
- To have personal data deleted
