BOOK A GUIDED TOUR

    A private tour of Ordrupgaard lasts 45-60 minutes and can be booked during the museum’s opening hours. Ordrupgaard offers tours in a number of themes, which you can read more about here.
     
    There is no minimum number of participants. We are happy to do tours for individuals, as well as groups of up to 25 people. If the group numbers more than 25 people, it will be necessary to order two tours.
     
    Price for a tour in Danish: DKK 1,100 + entrance fee for guests without an annual pass. Supplement of DKK 200 for a tour in English or French.
     
    The tours are booked using this booking form. Please note that tours must be ordered no later than 10 days in advance, and that the booking is not secure until Ordrupgaard has found a tour guide and you have received your booking confirmation by e-mail (you can expect a response from Ordrupgaard within 7 days).

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Please, arrive no later than 10 minutes before your tour begins. If no other agreement has been made, payment is made in the lobby upon arrival. After paid admission, each participant will be given a personal ticket, which will give access to the exhibition galleries. Please be aware to keep the ticket on you during the entire visit. The tour guide will meet the group in the foyer.

     

    No-show and cancellation

    Cancellations should be emailed in at the latest 5 weekdays before the guided tour. Otherwise, you will be charged the full price. Our no-show and cancellation policy applies to missed appointments, which include:

    • No-show: You don’t arrive for your tour, and you don’t reach out to cancel.
    • Late arrival: You arrive 30 or more minutes past your tour’s starting time.
    • Late cancellation: You cancel your tour less than 5 weekdays in advance.

    Café

    If you wish to combine your tour with a visit to the museum’s café, Mondrups at Ordrupgaard, we suggest reserving a table in advance. The café can be contacted at: Ordrupgaard.Mondrups@outlook.dk

    • 1-6 people: Book your table here.
    • 7-14 people: If you are 7-14 people, please contact the café by email to book a table and order food in advance.
    • 15 people or more: If you are 15 people or more, the café offers a sandwich with or without meat and a drink of your choice (organic soda or beer) for DKK 135 per person. Please contact the café by email to book a table and order food in advance. The payment has to be made all at once.
